This was a quick and simple pattern to memorize and knit. The textured diamonds add a subtle pattern to the vest which in turn compliments the cable hat. I enjoyed knitting the Vyna Vest & Hat Pattern so much that I am currently knitting another for my grandson in a bigger size. That is a bonus of this pattern that it fits up to a 10 year old.
